زمانی که مالکان یک شرکت سهامی بر واگذاری سهام شرکت در بورس توافق می کنند، آنها تصمیم به اصلاح، تغییر و به احتمال زیاد پراکنده تر کردن ساختار مالکیت بنگاه خود گرفته اند و حضور یک سهامدار بزرگ به عمل واگذاری کمک می کند. در این پژوهش تأثیر حضور سهامدار بزرگ بر گرایش بنگاه به واگذاری بلوکی سهام، بر اساس رویکردی نوین مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. برای این منظور ابتدا نمره گرایش به واگذاری نمونه ای متشکل از 102 شرکت پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران در بازه زمانی 10 ساله (1382-1391) محاسبه می شودو با استخراج نمونه به دست آمده تأثیر حضور سهامدار بزرگ و میزان گرایش به واگذاری برآورد می شود. نمره گرایش حاصل شده در واقع تمایل شرکتها به انجام واگذاری و احتمال تحقق آن را در آینده محاسبه می کند. نتایج حاصله گویای عدم معناداری تاثیر بزرگترین سهامدار بر تصمیمات واگذاری است و در مقابل حضور دومین سهامدار بزرگ بر گرایش بنگاه به واگذاری تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد پرونده مقاله

Nowadays, firm have realized the importance of information technology as an essential tool for the success of business. Accessing the applicability of information technology might be the main expectation of the firm for outsourcing. By outsourcing, firms can have access to advanced technologies and use external sources for their goal. The aim of this study is to analyze the impact of interaction processes on the relationship between firm ’s capabilities and outsourcing success of information technology in Isfahan centers for Higher Education. The present study is correlated in regards with its practical purpose and methodology. The sample population of the present research consists of all the employees who use the information technology service of the university under study whose total number is about 418 and by sampling the available ones, 200 of them were selected as the sample. For data gathering questionnaire was used. The results of the hypothesis testing by SMART-PLS software and T-test and path coefficiency of (β) , indicated that all the variables have significant and positive effect on outsourcing success. Consequently, according to the findings of the research, some suggestions were presented to help the success of outsourcing in firms. پرونده مقاله
