زمینه و هدف: رفتار محیط‌زیست‌گرایانه یا طرفدار محیط‌زیست یکی از عوامل مهم و نقش آفرین در حفاظت از محیط زیست است. این رفتار تحت تاثیر عوامل گوناگونی از جمله ویژگی‌های فردی، دانش و نگرش محیط زیستی افراد قرار دارد. همچنین عوامل اجتماعی-اقتصادی و فرهنگی نیز می‌تواند بر رفتار محیط‌زیست‌گرایانه افراد موثر باشد. بر همین سبب، پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی عوامل موثر بر رفتار محیط زیستی دانش‌آموزان دختر شهر همدان انجام شده است. روش بررسی: این پژوهش از نوع پیمایشی بوده و جامعه آماری آن را 3000 نفر از دانش‌آموزان دختر دوره دوم متوسطه شهر همدان تشکیل دادند که از بین آنان 320 نفر بر اساس جدول مورگان به صورت تصادفی به عنوان نمونه‌های پژوهش گزینش شدند. داده‌های تحقیق با استفاده از ابزار پرسشنامه و مرور ادبیات گسترده گردآوری شد و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزارهای SPSS SmartPLS انجام شد. روایی ظاهری و محتوایی پرسشنامه توسط اساتید گروه ترویج و آموزش کشاورزی و پایایی آن با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ با مقدار (83/0) تایید شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد در کل رفتار محیط زیستی دانش آموزان مورد مطالعه با میانگین 15/3 وضعیت متوسطی دارد. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که 31 درصد از رفتار محیط زیستی دانش‌‌آموزان دختر دبیرستانهای همدان وابسته به میزان دانش با ضریب بتای (217/0)، نگرش با ضریب (238/0)، ویژگی‌های فردی با ضریب ( 105/0)، عوامل اجتماعی‌‍‌ با ضریب (271/0)، عوامل اقتصادی با ضریب (067/0) و رسانه‌ها با ضریب (071/0) می باشد.. بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج به دست آمده در پژوهش حاضر به درک بهتر و عمیق‌تر رفتار‌های محیط زیستی دانش آموزان دختر مدارس در راستای حفظ محیط زیست کمک می‌کند، همچنین با آگاه‌سازی و ارائه اطلاعات زیست محیطی می توان دانش و نگرش آنان را نسبت به محیط‌زیست افزایش داد. این مساله در نهایت منجر به بروز رفتارهای مثبت و طرفدار محیط‌زیست خواهد شد. پرونده مقاله

بیشترتحقیقات انجام شده در خصوص مهاجرت روستاییان به شهر ها، عمدتاً بدنبال بررسی علل و عوامل این پدیده هستند تا بتوانند برای برنامه ریزی های توسعه روستایی راهکارها و راه حل های مناسب تری ارائه دهند. پژوهش حاضر نیز به بررسی عوامل مختلف موثر بر مهاجرت روستا - شهری شهرستان سردشت پرداخته است. این تحقیق از نظر ماهیت، در زمره تحقیقات کمی و توصیفی- تحلیلی و از نظر شیوه جمع آوری داده های مورد نیاز، نوعی تحقیق پیمایشی محسوب می شود. ابزار جمع آوری داده ها پرسش نامه بود که روایی پرسش نامه مورد بررسی صوری قرار گرفته و پایایی آن نیز با اجرای آزمون کرونباخ مورد تایید قرار گرفت. جامعه آماری تحقیق مهاجران 10روستای شهرستان سردشت بودند که ساکن شهرها شده بودند و تعداد آن ها 600 نفر بود. با بهره گیری از فرمول کوکران تعداد 120 نفر از آن ها به طور تصادفی از جامعه کل انتخاب شد. با توجه به نتایج مطالعه حاضر می توان عوامل مؤثر بر مهاجرت های روستا – شهری مهاجران شهرستان سردشت را به ده عامل تقسیم کرد، که این عوامل در مجموع تبیین کننده بیش از 74 درصد عوامل موثر بر مهاجرت می باشند که عبارتند از: عامل اقتصادی و حمایتی 23 درصد، عامل عدم تعادل بین امکانات روستا و شهر 10 درصد، عامل ارتباطی و اطلاعاتی 8 درصد، عامل فرهنگی 8 درصد، عامل جغرافیایی 5 درصد، عامل درآمدی 4 درصد، عامل زیرساختی 4 درصد، عامل آب و هوایی 3 درصد، عامل اجتماعی 3 درصد، و عامل فردی 2 درصد. پرونده مقاله

The main purpose of the study was to analyze the entrepreneurial competencies of the managers of rural women cooperative (RWC) in Hamedan province. The study used a survey method with a questionnaire as the main instrument. Data were collected from a sample of 105 managers. The validity of the questionnaire was verified by a panel of experts and its reliability was measured using Cronbach's alpha coefficient (α=0.94). Entrepreneurial competencies of managers were classified into eight factors, including “having strategic goals”, “ability to monitor and organize subordinates”, “risk-taking”, “ability to motivate and trust people”, “having a positive attitude and criticism”, “ability to identify and understand the needs of customers”, “public relation ability”, and “acquiring and applying skills and energy”. Structural equation modeling (SEM) by LISREL8.8 software was used to estimate a model for the entrepreneurial competencies of RWC managers. Results of SEM showed a good fit of the model with eight factors described before. The fit indices were placed in three main groups including goodness of fit index, comparative fit index, and parsimonious goodness of fit index. Given the importance of women's participation and taking advantage of their ability, it is essential that a systematic and strategic plan should be organized in this area. Undoubtedly, planning for the development of the specific associations of rural women can be an effective step to increase their participation in various scenes, and it can also help improve the status and rights of women. The main objective of this study was to explore factors affecting the development and strengthening of rural women’s enterprises. A mixed method was used in this study. Data gathering tools were both semi-structured interviews and questionnaires. Target samples were both 25 rural development experts and 92 rural women in the Hamadan County. The results showed that the following items are essential for the development and strengthening rural women’s enterprises: applying legal and financial support; family support; management support, and education and cultural support. In addition, the following strategies are required: culture building; women's empowerment programs, continued implementation of consulting and training programs, and encouraging the introduction of the women's enterprises. The results of factor analysis showed that economic, sociocultural, and education and extension factors can determine approximately 60 percent of factors affecting the development and strengthening of rural women’s enterprises. پرونده مقاله
