Abstract :
The purpose of this article is to Job Satisfaction using Teachers a variety of instructional and disciplinary strategies.The present study of the aim, applied, and the method of data collection, descriptive researchs and correlation-based branch regression analysis was conducted to surveys. The population of this project was involving 419 elementary, guidance and high school teachers of Chayparh city, in which 201 teachers (117 Men , 84 Women ) were selected with stratified sampling. Data from was used the Minnesota Job Satisfaction (MSQ) (1951), a Inventorys educational strategies Azimpoor (1393) and disciplinary strategies Azimpoor (1393). For analyzing data was used descriptive statistical methods and inferential including regression stepwise and correlation. The results showed a high correlation between the components of job satisfaction within the relationship and almost variables of educational strategies and disciplinary teachers and external satisfaction with the relationship between variable and changing strategies of disciplinary educational strategies insignificant little relationship. . %38 of educational strategies variance and %32 of disciplinary strategies variance were determined by variety of job satisfaction.
